June 30th the City of Tecumseh had a Pow Wow ending with fireworks. Phillip, Naomi, and I decided to expand our education and see what this event was all about and watch the fireworks. We found it interesting to see the Native American costumes and memorabilia. Here are a few pictures of our excursion. Naomi wasn't so sure she wanted to sit by a wooden Indian. I think she just wanted the fireworks to begin. One man made different designs using the hoops you see such as butterflys and a turtle.

Jason wanted to know if that was a real Indian with Naomi. Did they try to scalp each other? Now they want to go back to Michigan to see the Indians.

No it was fake, Jason but we would love to have you come ANYTIME. Maybe Brenda Wright could loan us costumes from her shop. If that's what it takes to see you all again soon. LOL We love & miss you also. Mom, Dad & family
