- Phil and I met in February of 1974 and were married in August of that year. We have 3 daughters, 1 son, 1 son-in-law and 1 daughter-in-law. We were blessed with 6 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Our daughter, Naomi is a special needs young adult. In our spare time we enjoy visiting our son & daughter-in-law in Kansas and attending the Marriage Retreat in the heart of Amish Country. I (Cathy) enjoy working in my flower beds and genealogy. The computer is a favorite pastime also for both of Phillip & I.

Branson! I was surprised to see Branson pix when I clicked on your blog! We go here about every year and now we only live an hour or two from there! In fact, you probably went through our little town to get there. Glad you got to enjoy one of our favorite places.

My family are not coming to see us; I am disappointed, but life goes on.

I love all of your pictures that you post. We grandmas are so proud of our grandchildren uh? That was so great that you got to fly out to Kansas to visit to be with your grandkids. It looks like you had a great time. I have never been to Branson, but heard it is awesome. Hopefully sometime we get to go. Your grandchildren are getting so big. Where does the time go?
